About Us

Your neighbors who actually know cars

Team Ferrari Auto isn't a chain — we're a small, dedicated team right here in Parma. We started with a simple belief: every driver deserves a mechanic they can trust, someone who'll explain the problem clearly and fix it right the first time.

We've built our reputation on showing up when we say we will, giving honest estimates before touching a wrench, and treating your car with the same care we'd give our own. When you pull into our shop, you're not just another ticket number — you're a neighbor.

Kind Words

What our customers say

Real feedback from real drivers in the Parma area.

"Brought my car in for a weird noise I'd been ignoring. They diagnosed it fast, explained everything in plain English, and the price was exactly what they quoted — not a penny more. That's rare these days."

Parma Driver Local customer

"I've been bringing my vehicles here for a while now and they've always been straight-up honest. They've talked me out of unnecessary repairs more times than I can count. That kind of integrity is hard to find."

Parma Resident Loyal customer

"My check engine light came on on a Saturday and I was panicking. They got me in quickly, figured out it was something minor, and charged me fairly. Felt like I was talking to someone who actually cared — because they do."
